Consulting engagements are customized and time-bound. Once a service has been initiated or delivered, it is non-refundable. If you have concerns about the scope or outcomes, please contact us to discuss potential adjustments or clarifications.

Automation Solutions

Hardware or automation systems provided through Carlson Solutions are subject to manufacturer warranties where applicable. However, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective upon delivery and reported within 7 days of receipt.
